Pineapple Cake With Cream Cheese Ginger Frost Recipe

1 can: Crushed pineapple in juice,

1 cup: Sugar,
1 cup: Brown sugar,
2 tsp: Baking soda,
1 cup: Walnuts, chopped
FROSTING:,
1 package: Cream cheese, 3 oz
1/4 cup: Butter,
1 tsp: Vanilla,
2 cup: Powdered sugar,
1/2 tsp: Ginger,
Directions:
Combine all cake ingredients and pour into an ungreased, 13x9 inch
Pyrex pan. Bake at 350^ for 45-50 minutes. Combine frosting
ingredients and spread on cooled pineapple cake.
