Pungent Salt Substitute Recipe

Ingredients:
3 tsp: Basil,
2 tsp: Summer savory,
2 tsp: Celery seed,
2 tsp: Ground cumin,
2 tsp: Sage,
1 tsp: Thyme,
2 tsp: Marjoram,
Directions:
Put ingredients into a blender, food processor or clean coffee
grinder. (Or crush with a mortar and pestle.) Blend well. Store in a
glass container in a cool, dry place. To prevent caking, add a few
grains of rice.
