3/4 cup: Vanilla nonfat frozen yogurt,
3/4 cup: Chilled cranberry juice cocktail,
1/2 cup: Skim milk,

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in container of an electric blender; cover and
process until smooth. Serve immediately. Yield: 2-1/2 cups (serving
