Cream Biscuits Recipe

Ingredients:
4 cup: Flour,
1 tsp: Salt,
3 tsp: Cream of tartar,
1 1/2 tsp: Baking soda,
1/4 cup: Butter,
2 cup: Cream or "Half and Half",
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients. Cut in 1/4 cup of butter. Add the cream. Roll
out on a floured board. Cut with a 2-inch cutter. Bake on an
ungreased pan in a hot oven of 400 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or
