Reeses Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Shortening, or 3/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 cup: Sugar,
1/2 cup: Light Brown Sugar, packed
1 tsp: Vanilla,
2: Eggs,
2 cup: All-purpose flour, unsifted
1 tsp: Baking soda,
1 cup: Peanut Butter Chips,
6 ounce: Semi-sweet chocolate chips,
Directions:
Cream shortening or butter or margarine, sugar, brown sugar and
vanilla in a large mixer bowl until light and fluffy. Add eggs;
beatwell. Combine flour and baking soda; add to creamed mixture. Stir
in the peanut butter chips and chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls
onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 F for 10-12 minutes or until
lightly browned. Cool slightly. Remove from cookie sheet; cool
completely on wire rack.
