Crisp Squash-and-pepper Toss Recipe

Ingredients:
1/4 tsp: Dried whole basil,
1/4 tsp: Dried whole oregano,
1/4 tsp: Dried whole thyme,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1/4 tsp: Pepper,
1 tbsp: Red wine vinegar,
2 tbsp: Water,
2 lbs: Yellow squash, cut into 1/2 inch strips
1 large: Onion, chopped
1 centiliter: Garlic, minced
1 each: Sweet red pepper, cut into 1/2-inch strips
2 tbsp: Olive oil,
1/4 lbs: Kielbasa, (Polish sausage) cut into 1/4-inch slices

Directions:
Combine basil, oregano, thyme, salt, pepper, vinegar, and water in
a shallow 2-1/2 quart casserole dish; add squash. Cover with
heavy-duty plastic wrap; microwave at HIGH for 3 to 4 minutes. Let
stand, covered, for 3 to 4 minutes. Add onion, garlic, sweet red
pepper, and olive oil; toss gently. Cover and microwave at HIGH for
2 to 4 minutes. Add sausage, and toss gently; cover and microwave at
HIGH for 1 to 2 minutes.
