Crunchy Sweet & Sour Fettuccine Salad Recipe

5 cup: Honey-Mustard Chicken with Fettuccine, (chilled) (see separate recipe)
1: 1-inch piece ginger, peeled and minced, OR...
1 tsp: -Dried ginger,
1 cup: Diced celery,
1 medium: Cucumber, peeled, - chopped and seeded
2 medium: Apples, cored and chopped
Directions:
Toss all ingredients together and serve.
