1 package: Yeast,
3/4 cup: Rye flour,
1 1/4 cup: Better for Bread white flour,
1/2 cup: Rolled oats, Quaker Oats
1/2 cup: Oat bran,
1 tsp: Salt,
2 tbsp: Oil,
2 tbsp: Molasses,
4 tbsp: Gluten, (optional for a
Lighter, higer loaf-add 3 t
Extra water if you add the,
Gluten),
1 tbsp: Caraway seeds,
1 tbsp: Anise seeds,
1 tbsp: Unsweetened cocoa,
2: Egg whites or 1 egg or 1/4,
Egg substitute,
3/4 cup: Water,

Directions:

Set breadmakers browning control to light. Put all the ingredients
into pan in the order listed, select "Oat/French" and push "Start."
