Roadside Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients:
3 lbs: Froz Hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 quart: Half & half,
1 1/2 Sticks: butter,
3/4 cup: Parmesan cheese,
1 tsp: Salt,
Directions:
Thaw hash browns and place in a small roasting pan. Melt butter in
half & half. Add salt. Pour over potatoes. Sprinkle with parmesan
cheese. Bake at 350~F for 1 hour and 15 minutes, covered for 1 hour,
then remove cover to brown.
