Roasted Carrots Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Carrots,
2 cup: Water,
1 tsp: Sugar,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1/4 cup: Melted butter,
1/2 cup: Crushed cornflake crumbs,

Directions:
Cook carrots, sugar, salt in water until tender, drain and cool. Dip
into butter and then in crumbs. Place on greased baking tray and Bake
in 350 oven 10 - 12 min. oven
