Roasted Red Pepper Wine Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
2 each: Red bell peppers, roasted, peeled and seeded
1 tsp: Balsamic vinegar,
1/3 cup: Dry white wine,
2 Cloves: garlic, minced
1 tsp: Olive oil,
Dash ground white pepper,
Directions:
In food processor or blender, combine bell peppers, vinegar, wine,
garlic, olive oil and white pepper. Process until smooth. Pour into
small saucepan and simmer 10 minutes.
