Dry Barbeque Rub Recipe

4 tbsp: Brown sugar,
1 tbsp: Hickory Salt,
1 tbsp: Oregano,
1 tbsp: Cumin,
2 tbsp: Garlic Powder,
2 tbsp: Chili Powder,
2 tbsp: Paprika,
1 tbsp: Onion Powder,
2 tbsp: Mustard, Dry
1/4 tsp: Cayenne,
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients thoroughly. Rub generously into skinless
chicken, pork chops, or whatever. Let the meat marinate for an
hour, then toss on the grill for a slow cooking.
