2 tbsp: Molasses, Blackstrap
1 cup: Beer, Light
1 tsp: Salt,
2 tbsp: Wheat Germ, Crude
2 1/2 cup: All-Purpose Flour,
1 cup: Rye Flour, Medium
1 package: Yeast,

1/4 c Onions; chopped
1 1/2 ts Caraway seeds
3/4 c Water
1 ts Yeast

I will probably add more of the caraway seeds. We enjoy the taste.
