Fat-free Marinade For Baking Or Broiling Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Dry red wine,
1 1/2 tbsp: Soy sauce,
1/4 tsp: Oregano,
1/4 tsp: Marjoram,
1/8 tsp: Pepper,
2 lbs: Lean meat, (flank or round
Steak, poultry, fish)
Directions:
Crumble oregano and marjoram into wine and soy sauce. Add pepper.
Place meat in a plastic bag, pour marinade over, and seal bag. Chill
12 to 18 hours. Baste meat with marinade while cooking.
