Fettuccini With Fresh Basil & Tomatoes Recipe

Ingredients:
2 lbs: Ripe tomatoes, peel,chop
2 Cloves: garlic, chopped
1/2 cup: Olive oil,
1 lbs: Cooked fettuccini,
1: White onion, chopped
3/4 cup: Fresh basil, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste,
1 cup: Grated Cheddar cheese,

Directions:
Mix tomatoes,onion,garlic,basil,olive oil,salt and black pepper;let
stand at room temperature for 1 hour.Cook fettuccini;drain.Toss with
sauce.Sprinkle with cheese.Serve at once.
