Shirley Dunphys Ham Loaf Recipe

Ingredients:
-Sue Woodward,

LOAF
2 lbs: Ground ham,
2 lbs: Lean ground beef,
2 cup: Graham cracker crumbs,
1 1/2 cup: Milk,

SAUCE
1 tsp: Dry mustard,
1/4 cup: Vinegar,
3/4 cup: Brown sugar,
1/2 cup: Tomato sauce,

Directions:
Mix loaf ingredients well and shape into loaf. Bake for 2.1/2 hours
at 275~, basting occasionally with sauce.
