Shortbread (campbell) Recipe

Yield: 9 Inch plate

Ingredients:
1/2 cup: Butter, room temp*
1/3 cup: Icing sugar, sifted
1/2 tsp: Vanilla,
1 cup: Flour,
2 tbsp: Cornstarch,
pn Salt,

Directions:
Mix all. Pat into 9" pie plate. Mark in 12 wedges. 325F for 20
minutes.
If it starts to brown, lower to 300F for 10 minutes, else leave at
325 for 10 more minutes. Remove, sprinkle with sugar, cool.
