Ingredients:
2 cup: Fiddleheads,
1/3 cup: Olive oil,
3 tbsp: Lemon juice,
2: Wild garlic buds or,
Garlic cloves,
1/2 tsp: Fine herbs,

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and marinate for 10 min. Garnish with tomato
slices and black olives sliced.
