Fiesta Meatloaf Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup: Onion, chopped
1/2 cup: Celery, chopped
1/4 cup: Green pepper, chopped
1 tbsp: Vegetable oil,
1 can: Chili sauce, heinz 12 oz
1 1/2 lbs: Ground beef, very lean
1 cup: Bread crumbs,
2 tbsp: Worcestershire sauce,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1/8 tsp: Pepper,
Directions:
Saute onion and celery and green pepper in oil until vegetables are
just soft. remove from heat. stir into chili sauce, combine 1/2
vegetable sauce mix with ground beef, bread crumbs, egg,
worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. shape into a loaf on a
shallow oven proof dish. bake 350 1 hour. let stand 5 minutes. heat
remaining sauce. slice meat loaf, pour remaining sauce over slices.
