Fog Cuttere Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 fl oz: Light rum,
1/2 fl oz: Gin,
3 tbsp: Lemon juice,
1 1/2 tsp: Orgeat syrup,
1/2 fl oz: Brandy,
1 fl oz: Orange juice,
1 tsp: Sweet sherry,

Directions:
Shake all ingredients. Strain into a Collins glass over ice cubes.
Float a teaspoon of sweet sherry on top.
