5 each: Cloves of garlic, minced
4 tbsp: Vinegar,
5 tbsp: Catsup,
3 cup: Water,
1 pinch: Salt,
Directions:
Smoke habaneros until golden brown and semi-dry. Chop into small
pieces and add into other ingredients. Simmer gently uncovered for
about 1 hour.
