South Seas Kahlua Recipe

Ingredients:
2 ounce: Instant Coffee,
3 1/2 cup: Sugar,
2 1/4 cup: Brandy,
1: Vanilla Bean, cut in half
Directions:
Combine instant coffee, sugar and 2 cups boiling water; stir in
brandy. Pour into 2 bottles; add vanilla bean to each bottle. Seal
and let age for at least 30 days. Yields 2 fifths.
