Southwest Cactus Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
15 ounce: Jar Nopalitos, drained,
Rinsed, and diced
4: Green Onions, ends trimmed,
Minced,
3/4 lbs: Roma Tomatoes, cored and
Finely chopped,
1/4 cup: Lime Juice,
2 tbsp: Fresh Cilantro, minced
Salt,

Directions:
In a bowl, combine nopalitosm onions, tomatoes, lime juice, and
cilantro. Mix and season to taste with salt. Serve, or cover and
chill up to 2 days.
