Fresh Corn "butter" Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Fresh or frozen corn,
1/3 tsp: Salt,
3 tbsp: Water,
2 tbsp: Coconut, optional
Directions:
Cook corn till soft. Blend with hte rest of the ingredients until it
is smooth. Serve on bread, corn on the cob or other vegetables.
