Fresh Golden Delicious Apple-walnut Relish Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Shelled walnuts,
2: Golden delicious apples, peeled, cored and diced
1/2 cup: Sweet wine,
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Place walnuts in a pan and toast for 5 minutes
until dark brown and aromatic. Cool and chop. Combine all
ingredients. Best when served the next day.
