Fruit Cornish Hens Recipe

12 Large: garlic cloves, peeled
5 gram: Dried oregano,
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
25 centiliter: Red wine vinegar,
1 deciliter: Olive oil,
150 gram: Pitted prunes,
150 gram: Dried apricots,
150 gram: Pitted green olives,
100 gram: Capers, (plus a bit of the ju

200 gram: Brown sugar,
25 centiliter: Dry white wine,
10 gram: Italian parsley, chopped
