Fruit Cup Recipe

Ingredients:
3 tbsp: Frozen lemonade concentrate,
1 medium: Apple, cored, diced
1 medium: Orange, peeled, sectioned & diced
1 medium: Peach, pitted, diced
1 medium: Banana, peeled, sliced
1/2 cup: Seedless grapes, halved
1/2 cup: Blueberries,
2 tbsp: Walnuts, finely chopped

Directions:
Place lemonade concentrate in a large bowl and mix lightly with
fruits as they are prepared. Chill.

Garnish each serving with chopped walnuts.

NOTE: Skins of apple and peach may be removed, if desired.

Calories per 2/3 cup serving: About 95
