Fudge Syrup Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup: BUTTER OR MARGARINE,
3 ounce: UNSWEETENED CHOCOLATE,
3 cup: WATER,
1/2 tsp: SALT,
15 ounce: CAN OF EVAPORATED MILK,

Directions:
MELT BUTTER IN THE TOP OF A DOUBLE BOILER OVER BOILING WATER. ADD
CHOCOLATE, HEATING UNTIL MELTED. ADD SUGAR, 1/2 CUP AT A TIME,
STIRRING UNTIL DISSOLVED. STIR IN SALT. SLOWLY ADD MILK. MIX WELL.
CHILL SEVERAL HOURS BEFORE USING.
