Gang Ba Curry Paste Recipe

Ingredients:
13 each: Dried red chili peppers,, soaked, seeded & chopped
2 tbsp: Shallots -=OR=- red onion,
1 tbsp: Garlic, chopped
1 tbsp: Galanga,
3 tbsp: Kaffir,
1 tbsp: Lemon rind, grated
1 1/2 tbsp: Lemon grass, chopped
1 tsp: Ginger, chopped

Directions:
Soak all dried ingredients until sufficiently soft.

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor & blend to form a
smooth paste. It may be necessary to add a few drops of water to
make the paste smooth.
