German Cucumber Salad #2 Recipe

Ingredients:

1 large: Cucumber, thinly sliced
1: Onion, thinly sliced
2: Tomatoes, peeled, thinly sliced
2 tbsp: Fresh parsley, snipped
1/2 cup: Sour cream,
1/2 tsp: Prepared mustard,
3 tbsp: Fresh dill, minced
2 tbsp: Vinegar,
2 tbsp: Milk,
1/4 tsp: Salt,
Pepper, to taste
Directions:
In a lg. bowl, combine cucumbers, onion, tomatoes, and parsley; set
aside. In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients; pour over
cucumber mixture. Stir well to mix ingredients. Cover and chill at
least 1 hr.
