German Festive Cake * Recipe

Ingredients:

PATTI - VDRJ67A
1 package: Swiss chocolate cake mix,
1 cup: Almonds, chopped
1 tsp: Cinnamon,
3: Eggs,
1/2 cup: Cooking oil,
1 tsp: Almond extract,
2 cup: Bananas, firm, chopped
8 ounce: Crushed pineapple, drained

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350~. Grease 10" tube pan. Combine cake mix, almonds
and cinnamon in a large bowl. Beat eggs slightly; stir in oil, almond
extract, bananas and pineapple. Add to dry ingredients and mix with
spoon; do not beat. Pour into pan. Bake for 45-55 minutes or until
tested done. If desired, top cake with confectionerssugar.
