Spicy Beef Pitas Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Thinly sliced cooked roast beef,
1/2 cup: Picante sauce,
1/3 cup: Red-wine vinegar,
1/4 cup: Olive oil,
1 tbsp: Snipped fresh cilantro,
1/8 tsp: Garlic powder,
1/8 tsp: Cracked black pepper,
4 large: Pita bread rounds,
Chopped tomato,
Chopped avocado,
Chopped green pepper,
Feta cheese,
Directions:
Place sliced beef in a plastic bag set inside a bowl. For marinade:
In a medium bowl, combine picante vinegar, oil, cilantro, garlic,
pepper. Pour marinade over beef. Seal bag; marinate inthe
refrigerator for 4-24 hours, turning bag occasionally.
To serve, drain and discard the marinade. fill each pita half with
beef. Top with chopped vegetables and feta cheese. Submitted By
