Spicy Shrimp Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Medium shrimp, cooked,
Peeled and deveined,
1 1/2 cup: Cherry tomatoes cut in half,
2 Stalks: celery, sliced, (about
One cup),
1 small: Onion, thinly sliced, (about
1/4: cup),
1: Avocado, peeled, seeded and
Sliced,
3/4 cup: Extra mild picante sauce,
Lettuce leaves,
Directions:
Toss shrimp, tomatoes, celery, onion, avocado and picante sauce until
evenly coated. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Serve on lettuce.
Serve with additional picante sauce. Serves 4.
