Ingredients:

QUICK CUISINE, TVFN
1 cup: Mashed potatoes,
10 ounce: Froz spinach, thaw, squeezed
Salt and pepper,
2: Eggs,
1/3 cup: Parmesan,
Tabasco,
Nutmeg,
Breadcrumbs,
Mozzarella, opt
Ham, opt
Oil for frying,

Directions:

Mix all except crumbs; form small patties. If using mozzarella or ham,
place a small amount in the center of each patty. Roll in crumbs; fry.
