Spinach-egg Spread Recipe

Ingredients:
2 package: Frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well-drained
1/2 cup: Onion,
1/2 cup: Celery, diced
1/2 cup: Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/2 cup: Mayonnaise,
2 tbsp: Lemon juice,
1 1/2 tsp: Horseradish,
4: Hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1/8 tsp: Salt,
Black pepper, optional
Mix drained, thawed spinach with remaining ingredients.
Directions:
Refrigerate to chill thoroughly.
: Pack in container and place in ice chest, being sure it stays
cold. Make into sandwiches at the beach. Goes well with dark bread.
