Spinach Puree Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Fresh spinach, cleaned
1/4 cup: Water,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1 medium: Garlic clove, minced
1 each: Black pepper to taste,
Directions:
Cook the spinach without added water in a covered pot fro just a few
minutes - until tender & very bright green. Transfer to a blender &
with 1/4 cup water, puree till very smooth. Place in a small bowl.
Thin to desired consistency & season with garlic, salt & pepper.
Serve on cold pasta or on hot baked potatoes.
