Ginger Tomatoes Recipe

Ingredients:
6 lbs: Tomato, green
2 lbs: Tomato,
5 lbs: Sugar,
3 each: Lemon, sliced
1 tsp: Cloves, whole
3 pinch: Ginger root,
Directions:
Scald and peel the green and red tomatoes and cut in quarters. Add the
sugar and spices and the sliced lemons. Bring to a boil and then
reduce heat and cook slowly until mixture is thick. Pour into
