Gingerbread With Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
1/3 cup: Butter Buds., liquid, or
1/2 cup: ,
Promise UFF margarin,
1/2 cup: Molasses,
1 tsp: Ginger,
2 tsp: Allspice,
2 tsp: Cinnamon,
2 tsp: Nutmeg,
2 tsp: Baking Soda, dissolved in
1 cup: ,
Boiling water,
1/2 cup: Sugar, or 1/4 C sugar +
3: Pkts Sweet N Low,
2 1/2 cup: Flour,
2: Egg Beaters. 99% Egg,
Substitute, 1/2 C
Directions:
Optional Vanilla Sauce Or Caramel Sauce Recipes To Follow.
Cream Butter Buds and sugar. Add remaining ingred.; add Egg Beaters
last. Bake in a bundt or tube pan that has been sprayed with a
non-fat cooking spray. Bake 35 - 40 min. at 350 deg. F. Serve warm
with the sauce of your choice.
