Gouda Dunk Recipe

Yield: 2 Cups

Ingredients:
2 tbsp: Butter,
2: Green onions, finely chopped
2 tbsp: Flour,
2 tsp: Chicken bouillon mix,
1/4 tsp: Worcestershire sauce,
1 1/2 cup: Milk,
2 1/2 cup: Grated Gouda cheese,
1 tsp: Chopped parsley,
Assorted fresh vegetables,
Cubed bread,

Directions:
Melt butter in a medium saucepan. Add green onions. Cook until
softened. Blend in flour, bouillon mix and Worcestershire sauce.
Gradually stir in milk. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture
comes to a boil and thickens. Reduce heat, add cheese and stir until
melted. Pour into a small pot over a candle warmer. Serve with
vegetables and bread for dipping. Yield: 2 cups Typed in MMFormat by
