Statesborough Meatloaf Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 tbsp: Vegetable oil,
1 medium: Onion, chopped
3 medium: Garlic cloves, crushed
2 lbs: Lean ground beef,
2 tsp: Salt,
1 tsp: Black pepper,
2: Eggs, beaten
3/4 cup: V-8 juice,
1/2 cup: Fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp: Bottled Caribbean-style,
Sauce such as Hellfire &,
Damnation Hot Sauce,
1 cup: Fresh breadcrumbs,

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350~. Heat the oil in a skillet and saute onion until
translucent, about 5 mins. Add garlic and saute one minute. Transfer
the onion and garlic into a lg. mixing bowl and add the beef, salt,
black pepper, eggs, juice, parsley, and sauce. Mix well. Oil a
12"x8"x2" pan and pour in mixture, molding it into a loaf. Sprinkle
the top w/breadcrumbs and bake for on hour.
