Strawberry Ring With Sour Cream Dressing Recipe

Ingredients:
2 package: Strawberry gelatin,
2 cup: Water, boiling
20 ounce: Strawberries, frozen, pkgd.
1 package: Pecans, chopped
1 1/2 cup: Pineapple, crushed
2 large: Bananas, ripe, diced
2 tbsp: Lemon juice,
Sour cream dressing,

SOUR CREAM DRESSING
1 cup: Sour cream, dairy
1 tsp: Sugar,
1/4 tsp: Ginger, ground
ds Salt,

Directions:

Dissolve gelatin into boiling water. Add berries, stirring
occasionally until thawed. Stir in pineapple, pecans, banana and
lemon juice. Pour into mold (6 1/2 cup). Chill until firm.

Dressing: Combine all ingredients and chill well.
