Swedish Mushroom Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 lbs: Mushrooms, Sliced
4 tbsp: Butter,
4 tbsp: All-Purpose Flour,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1/4 tsp: White Pepper,
1 1/2 cup: Half and Half,
1 1/2 tbsp: Lemon Juice,
1 1/2 tbsp: Sherry, Dry

Directions:
Offer as a sauce or a side dish. Saute mushrooms in butter until
limp. Stir in flour, salt, and pepper. Add cream; cook, stirring
constantly, until thick and smooth. Stir in lemon juice and Sherry;
salt to taste. Makes about 2 1/2 cups sauce or 3 to 4 servings.
