Grated Swede & Carrots Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

SERVES 4
1 lbs: Carrots, peeled and grated
4: Ozs swede, peeled and grated
2: Ozs raisins,

FOR THE DRESSING
5 Fl oz: carton natural yogurt,
3: Level Tablespoons mayonnaise,
2: Level teaspoons English made-mustard,
2: -3 level Tablespoons mango chutney,
1/2 ounce: Flaked almonds, toasted

Directions:
Place the carrots, swede and raisins in a bowl. Mix the yogurt,
mayonnaise, mustard and chutney together and toss with the grated
vegetables and raisins. Sprinkle over the flaked almonds before
