1 tsp: Salt,
2 tsp: Honey,
1 tbsp: Applesauce,
1/4 cup: Grated or chopped carrots,
1/4 cup: Raisins,
1/4 cup: Sunflower seeds,
1/4 cup: Bran flakes,
1 tbsp: Wheat germ,
2 tsp: Yeast,

Directions:
This recipe can be used in the regular, rapid or delayed time bake
cycles. ~FOR 1-LB. LOAF
