Hickory Nut Drop Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: Sugar,
1 cup: Shortening, beat well
2 each: Eggs,
1 cup: Milk, sour
Or,
1 cup: Buttermilk,
4 cup: Flour,
1 tsp: Baking soda,
1 tsp: Baking powder,
1 cup: Nuts, chopped
1 cup: Raisins, chopped

Directions:

Sift soda and baking powder in with flour.

Note: Combine remaining ingredients, mix well. Drop by teaspoonfuls
onto cookie sheet. Bake in moderate 375 F. oven.
