Ingredients:
12 ounce: Italian Soft wheat flour or Plain white flour,
2: Egg Yolks,
ds Olive Oil,
pn Salt,
3: Beaten Eggs,
Directions:
On a cool worktop, mix all ingredients except beaten eggs together
with your hands until you have a tacky dough. add beaten eggs and
continue kneading until you have a smooth and pliable dough. Cover
and leave to rest for a good half hour. Roll out on a floured surface
and cut to the size required ir you can use a pasta machine if you
have one.
