Ten Minute Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Minute Rice-uncooked,
1 tbsp: Margarine,
2 tbsp: Carrots-shredded,
2 tbsp: Walnuts-chopped, or Almonds
1 cup: Water,
1 tbsp: Soy Sauce-light,
1 tbsp: Celery-chopped,
1/4 cup: Ham, pork, chicken, shrimp*
Directions:
* Cooked and Diced used 2 cups for main dish.
1. Sautee uncooked Minute Rice in margarine. 2. Stir in Soy Sauce 3.
Stir in water; let boil 4. Add shredded carrots, chopped meats,
celery and nuts. Cover. Remove
from heat. Serve in 5 minutes. 5. Good for left overs.
