Texas Enchilada Gravy Recipe

2 tbsp: Flour,
2 tbsp: Chili powder,
3 cup: , Water, warm
Salt, to taste
Directions:
Melt lard in a skillet, stir in the flour and make a light roux. Add
the chili powder, water and salt; cook until thick.
