Texas Orange Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
1 package: Yellow cake mix,
4: Eggs,
1/2 cup: Vegetable oil,
11 ounce: Mandarin oranges with juice,

TOPPING
1 large: Vanilla instant pudding,
15 ounce: Crushed pineapple & juice,
1/2 cup: Half & half,
12 ounce: Cool Whip,
1 cup: Coconut,

Directions:

Beat eggs, oil and oranges together. Add cake mix. Beat until thick.
Bake in greased and floured 9x13" pan for 35-45 minutes at 350~F.
Cool.
Topping: Mix pudding and pineapple; beat until thick. Add half and
half; beat again. Place on cooled cake. Cover with Cool Whip and
sprinkle with coconut. Refrigerate.
