Ingredients:
Jim Vorheis,
10 ounce: Sharp cheese, grated
10 ounce: Butter, softened
2 tbsp: Sherry,
1 tbsp: Horseradish,
1/2 tsp: Garlic salt,

Directions:
Blend all ingredients well and pack in a crock. Serve with crackers.
This is better if it is made several days before serving.
